Q: I often cook up a package of bacon and store it in my fridge. I'll use it later for quiches, in scrambled eggs, peanut butter and bacon sandwiches, BLTs... I usually use it to take into work for breakfast or lunch. How long do you think the cooked bacon will stay good in the fridge? How do you feel about using pre-cooked bacon? Do you think there are any health risks?
