Forgiveness is a process. It isn’t an all-or-none kind of thing. You may never be able to completely forgive, but you can get better at it. Those who are able to forgive tend to cope better with life stress and can let go of the toxic anger, resentment, and bitterness that are harmful to both psychological and physical health.
