Q: I sometimes buy sage for a cocktail that my boyfriend makes, but I never know what do with it after we use the 3 to 4 leaves required for the drinks. I love fresh herbs and use them regularly (I cook a lot of Persian food) but for some reason, sage isn't part of the mix. Any ideas on how to use it up?
