Help! Does Anyone Remember This Old Italian Cookbook? — Good Questions





Q: Forty years ago, I had a terrific Italian cookbook. In our moves over the years, the book has been lost. It had the best recipe for cream puffs, with an Italian cream filling. I have not been able to find a comprable recipe. Please help! The dough for the shell was cooked on top of the stove, then baked in the oven.
