Yesterday my friend frantically g-chated me and said "we need to talk about this sandwich." My favorite kind of messages from friends. And it really is a site to behold: This beast of a meal has sage-laminated pork loin and is covered in an arugula green sauce (so much in the sauce) before being hugged by a big sesame roll. It is beautiful.
