The pursuit of the perfect chocolate chip cookie is one that has consumed many of us for years. The problem, of course, is that my idea of the perfect cookie (chewy, a bit nubbly) is not the same as yours. Thankfully, this past week, Ozy compiled a decoder ring for creating our personal "perfect" cookie.
