A normal, clean Vitamix
The cult-like status that Vitamix blenders have acquired didn't make sense to me until I used them in culinary school. We used these heavy-duty blenders frequently to make food quickly, and to make certain dishes ultra-smooth. I discovered that they really are little bits of magic in the kitchen. I want one, but they are expensive. Like, really expensive. How could I ever justify buying something like this?
