I'm always on the lookout for a non-alcoholic beverage that an adult can sip at a party or dinner without it tasting (or looking) like a sugary Shirley Temple. This sparkling tea is one of my favorite finds in this category. Barely sweet, fizzy and light, with the crisp, fresh bitterness of matcha tea, this holds its own with beer and wine for a drink a grown-up can enjoy. It's made by a tiny Boston company that is gradually expanding into specialty grocers and Whole Foods.
