Starting in April in California, consumers will notice a new kind of milk in their dairy aisle: A2 milk.
What is A2 milk? Most cows produce milk with both A1 and A2 beta casein proteins, but some studies have found that people with mild dairy sensitivities (not lactose intolerance) are affected only by the A1 protein.
