This week we met Peggy Sutton, founder and owner of To Your Health, a booming sprouted flour company in Alabama. We learned how To Your Health started in Peggy's kitchen, but then grew into a successful industrial operation. Along the way we also gleaned a few sprouted flour baking tips and discovered that sprouted corn kernels make the best popcorn. (Try it!)
