SETS of THREE!!!!

PicMonkey Collage 3 (well technically 4) moves from Megan’s bootcamp: –Jumping lunges for 30 seconds followed directly by a plank for 1 minute.  Repeat 3 times. –Curtsy lunges with a 20 lb weight.  45 seconds on each side.  Repeat 3 times. -Push-ups.  I don’t know how this happened but somehow I did them all on my toes.  Bootcamp must be working.  3 sets of 10.  3 things that I ate: -Vanilla Rice Chex right before bootcamp.  This stuff is the best.   -Beef […]
