In honor of Global Running Day today, I wanted to share some of my very favorite high-intensity running workouts, which are my go-to form of exercise when I’m craving a tough, heart-pumping sweat session. I love the constant variation and intensity of these workouts, which keeps both my mind and body challenged and engaged. This way of training torches some serious calories and the short, fast intervals can even help you become a better runner. Awesome.
