What Can I Do With a Lot of Dark Baking Chocolate? — Good Questions





Q: I've been lucky enough to come into a LOT of nice, dark baking chocolate — several large bricks worth — and am looking for suggestions on how best to use it up. Also, what's the best way to store it to keep it good as long as possible? Thanks!
