Camel Milk Is the Next Cow's Milk Alternative — Food News





Move over goat; bye-bye sheep. Camel milk is important in other areas of the world, but now it's making inroads in the U.S. too, due to its low sugar content and high levels of protein and vitamin C. But it's still rare here; there are only seven camel milking facilities around the country.
