Franken-desserts might be too cool for school right now, but I've got my eye on a new kind of mash-up. Let's talk comfort foods. Take, for example, chili and mac and cheese. There's no reason the two classic comfort foods should be kept apart. Why isn't more of this kind of melding of recipes happening?
